Fair Play Announcement (October 24th, 2025 – October 30th, 2025)

Dear Metas,

From October 24th to October 30th, Once Human banned a total of 356 Players. This includes 142 players penalized for cheating, 34 accounts suspended for alt-account exploitation and linked violations, 11 players penalized for malicious interference.

Because the AI model is still being updated, backend monitoring data shows there is still a slight chance of false bans being triggered. If you have any questions or concerns about a penalty, please submit an appeal through the in-game appeal screen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We’ve continued to receive reports from Metas about cheating behavior. This week’s most frequent offenses include flying, abnormal damage values and range, teleporting. We’ve promptly verified and taken action on these cases.

Additionally, we’re working on implementing a series of anti-cheat measures, targeting both cheaters and studio-run alt accounts. These measures are being rolled out in phases and will be completed in the near future. We appreciate your patience and support. If you come across any violations in-game, please report them through the official reporting channel. We will review and address unfair behavior as quickly as possible. 1. Language violations

From October 24th to October 30th, 2025, a total of 203 players received bans of varying durations for language violations:

30 days — 6 players

7 days — 21 players

1 day — 145 players

2 hours — 31 players

We’ve been paying close attention to feedback regarding the chat restriction system and have launched a focused optimization effort. Improvements include upgraded smart filtering to reduce false positives and better manual review processes for more accurate judgment. We’ll continue refining this system to make communication smoother.

2. Use of cheats or hacks

We will identify the characteristics of newly discovered cheats and use them for retroactive investigations. After banning an account, we will check if it has any associated “alt” accounts and ban those as well.
